The City Clerk is a mentioned charter officer who serves as a Director of the City. The City Clerk, or a designated representative, shall give notice of the Commission meetings, attend all meetings in person, shall keep minutes of their proceedings, shall authenticate by signature and record in full, all minutes in a book kept for that purpose. The City Clerk shall authenticate by signature and is custodian of the Charter, all ordinances, resolutions, and other City documents and shall perform such other duties as required by law or the City Manager.
