Absent of an approved city special event permit, a food truck can only operate on Mondays and Tuesdays between the hours of 11:00am and 8:00pm and only on commercial or industrial-zoned property. The truck also needs the written permission of the property owner and must produce the written document upon demand.

Absent of written permission, a food truck cannot operate within 200 feet of an existing food establishment while the food establishment is open.
